Great catch up with an old friend Ian at the Singleton Environment Centre today. Who actually knew this amazing place existed? Had a lovely chat with a lady who was having lunch and she admitted she has lived locally for 16 years and only knew about the centre 6 months ago! There are rooms for hire for things like work events, parties, receptions etc along with some amazing locally made items or the home, jewelry, paintings and not forgetting the amazing cafe there. Did you know they do a Sunday carvery? So much going on here and such an amazing place!
