Mike has been involved in buying and selling property for over 15 years, as well as running his own portfolio which included a large HMO building. His experience and drive will be beneficial to any landlord and he is on hand at all times to ensure the transaction is smooth with unrivalled customer service throughout.
Sally has a superb customer service background from previous jobs and is keen to ensure that any enquiry is dealt with quickly and effectively. She had a superb Grammar School education but more importantly, has so much to give the business and is certainly full of ambition! She will be studying for her NFOPP Qualification and supporting the rest of the team in making Evolution the market leading letting agent!
Michelle has been in the property industry for over 10 years and has in depth experience of both the lettings and sales markets. As well as ensuring that all documentation and paperwork is completed correctly, Michelle runs our maintenance department with the emphasis on making sure that any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Having lived and worked in Ashford for many years, her local knowledge makes her invaluable to both landlords and tenants.
Carol came to to the Evolution family in 2014, bringing with her a very strong customer service background. Her main responsibilities are to ensure that our front of house and reception operations run smoothly. Additionally, she processes and manages all tenant referencing, ensuring that the process runs smoothly for both the tenant and the landlord. She will happily show properties to clients and can confidently answer and questions or queries.
Having spent over 17 years in a customer service environment, with the majority of that in management, Sharron brings superb customer service skills to Evolution as well as systems management. She will deal with the whole Evolution portfolio without any trouble to ensure all regulations are met and each and every property is compliant within the industry, giving all of our clients peace of mind that they are in safe hands at all times. As our in house sales progressor, she is there to facilitate your sale and purchase by communicating with solicitors, mortgage companies and anyone involved in the property chain.
