Michelle has been in the property industry for over 14 years and has in depth experience of both the lettings and sales markets and ensures that the day to day running of the office is carried out smoothly and efficiently. As well as ensuring that all documentation and paperwork is completed correctly, Michelle runs our maintenance department with the emphasis on making sure that any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Having lived and worked in Ashford for many years, her local knowledge makes her invaluable to every single one of our clients.
Andrew started his career in property in 1987 and has worked for a large independent agency, selection of corporate agencies and most recently, an independent serving the Weald and surrounding villages. He brings experience, drive, ambition and being a local chap, clearly understands the Ashford market whilst also having superb knowledge of the outlying villages. Sally has a superb customer service background from previous jobs and is keen to ensure that any enquiry is dealt with quickly and effectively. She had a superb Grammar School education but more importantly, has so much to give the business and is certainly full of ambition! One of Sally's main duties is to ensure that any application is processed quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all parties are kept up to date throughout right up to ensuring the property is ready for you to move in to as she co-ordinates all the preparation of your new home, including a comprehensive property check, full inventory report and finally ensuring the moving in process is smooth and simple. She has successfully completed her Property Apprenticeship and works hard in supporting the rest of the team in making Evolution the market leading property agent!
Claire joined us with an awful lot of customer service experience as well as amazing organisational skills. As well as dealing with front end general enquiries, she has the ability to answer most of the usual and unusual requests that we receive. As our in house sales progressor, she is there to facilitate your sale and purchase by communicating with solicitors, mortgage companies and anyone involved in the property chain to ensure that the completion is reached as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Debby brings so much customer service experience with her that she is absolutely perfect for dealing with any initial inquiry as well as helping existing clients out with general questions and issues. Her aim is to always ensure that every customer is dealt with quickly and effectively and she takes great pride in every aspect of her work. She will carry out the majority of our viewings and ensure that each and every property is presented in the best possible way and be confident in dealing with virtually and questions that are thrown at her. Feedback is key to a successful property transaction and she understands that this is important to each and every client.
Having just completed her Apprenticeship in Business Administration, Daisy is a key member of staff as she deals with the majority of initial enquiries via the phone, visits and emails. She is keen to help clients secure their first or next home whilst ensuring that the sellers and landlords requirements are adhered to. Daisy will ensure that viewings are booked and feedback is received as well as ensuring that all of our property stock is accurate and being advertised to its highest potential.
A major part of our business is ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible way to maximise their potential. This starts with the striking advertising board being in the most eye catching position right through to ensuring that a rental home is ready for occupation with no missing light bulbs and utility meter readings taken where necessary.
